1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Alberta Heating Digital ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through AlbertaHeating.ca and HVAC.Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services Description
We provide digital marketing, consulting, lead generation, and business development services specifically for HVAC companies operating in Alberta, Canada. Services may include:
- Search engine optimization (SEO)
- Pay-per-click advertising management
- Social media marketing
- Website design and development
- Lead generation services
- Business consulting
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of account credentials
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Make timely payments for services rendered
- Provide necessary access and approvals for service delivery
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Generally, services are billed monthly in advance. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials created by us for your business remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, you receive a license to use materials for your business purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the business relationship.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
